How to Overcome Our Weaknesses and Find Strength

The spiritual life is integral and sustains, cures, modifies and improves all the areas of the human being. For this to happen, of course, is necessary to dedicate time and attention, in order to have the optimal and most appropriate resources, to overcome and transform every type and grade of limitation, that is to say:
The lack of knowledge is a limitation. The misinformation is a limitation. The excesses are limitations. The deficiency is a limitation. The lack of purpose is a limitation. The lack of interest is a limitation. The lack of responsibility is a limitation. The lack of humility is a limitation. And thus, we can find many forms of negation and each one will have to do with the knowledge and applied use.
It is easy to become enthusiastic in both opposites and to tire out or to lose confidence and stability and not to have self understanding. Confusing, then, the priorities and to walk in life as a disoriented person. Even worse, as a person who lives in negation of himself and his actions.
The limitations cover many aspects. and are like a plague that comes to society and becomes a center of destruction. Mainly, when the limitations belong to the psycho-emotional health, by example, people who use drugs. These persons, self limit themselves, creating dependency. In addition, they have lost hope and they live locked up in the limits of passion, vanity and pride.
In order to overcome the limits, man needs to revive his spiritual values. The key is found in having confidence and friendship towards what is good and healthy. And to do this as a discipline of life, not like a load, but like a practical doctrine, in which he works to make specific, direct, and immediate goals, in order not to feel alone or abandoned. Also, to make future goals where he will reach success and achievement, that will bring mental sanity. The only limits of man, are found when he does not know: Love, charity, surrender, and service. But when these virtues of life, are applied, man retakes life and leaves beyond distrust, getting stronger every day in a spiritual path of peace and progress.
In God, we find our strength. And in the heart of man, the possibility of reaching it.

Depression and Renovation

When we feel too exhausted to continue on the spiritual path, let’s remember that the strength is not in us but in the Love that God has placed in us.
What could be more pure, sincere and more powerful than knowing than Divine Love is truthful and gives all for rescuing the thought, the spirit and the action of man, who, many times forgets the right step in the path of Truth but then, when he looks inside of himself and claims for the sun of justice, he starts to value the decision of the Creator.
Every man, every woman, every child is always called to be fullfilled, to rest, to resolve and leave behind death and sickness and this is possible, thanks to the Love who is alive.
Oh traveler, who have arrived here, to contemplate a small light. Be always a path. And then your heart will become -by Divine Grace, a worthy light of the ardent fire of the true God !

Great Treasures of Knowledge

The universe is full of questions, mysteries, symbols and great treasures of knowledge.We may think that the answers are hidden or very far of been understood,but this is not so.The universe is a great answer to a single question.The question is: Who are we?
The universe answers us with its single presence.Which is: The understanding is the recognition of Truth.Truth has always been there, all that is necessary is to be able to appreciate with the only possible method,which is the spiritual life.
To reframe this: The universe tells us with absolute clarity but we are the ones that do not understand because of selfishness or we understand because of Love.Besides, the answer is in fact : To reach the unity in which as much the man as the infinite that surrounds him, are reason and cause of the fundamental exercise of being for Love, and by Love.

The Great Expansion

I looked at the sky and I saw a great expansion. I looked at the horizon and could not find its end, I approached the sea, threw a stone, it sank and I did not know how far down it went. I went up the mountain and saw that there were others that were higher. I looked down from the top of the mountain and the altitude made me shudder.
I have seen so many distances, so much vastness that have moved me. How great is the all ! How vast is the universe ! How deep ! How complex !
But, when I looked inside myself, that is to say, to the inner silence, that universe that seemed so big to me, in a mysterious way, becomes smaller. There is something bigger than what is big, deeper than what is deep. And it is not outside, it is inside each one of us. But I think that it is only the beginning of something that goes beyond words, that is capable of joining the all and the nothing and is as a wonderful brightness. And then, I realized that is not internal, that is not external, that it is everywhere.

The Personal Relationship with God

To have Faith, is to have a personal relationship with God. The topic is very ample; we can talk from the historical point of view, but what is most relevant here, without subtracting importance to the past, is its meaning in all its dimension, which is and will always be, the vision of God, for us, as individuals, family and society. The topic on Faith must not be simplistic. If I believe that God exists, that is good, but if I don't do anything, then, is very bad. Since knowing that Truth exists, is supposed to take me to search, know, interpret and learn about it, otherwise my knowledge would be too loose. I can pronounce and repeat the name of God, many times, but if I don't feel Him in my heart, then, I am not true but I will be ignoring the principles of Faith, in a deliberate way .Which means, not only to love and to believe in theory, but practicing, to accomplish the effective conversion of faith. How to have more faith? The person who has faith, appreciates, respects, honors and manifests it; it is a gift, given by spiritual virtue and the one who has it, knows in a positive, absolute way, that God loves and knows him and that God is just and true. And with this knowledge, he treasures faith and practices in a very active way - by thought and action- the laws and commandments of God, based on the purity of Love. The key to growth is found here. Since man can only grow, by making progress in his beliefs, because faith is the active Love of God, the presence of His Word and it is a daily inspiration. By acceptance and knowledge, faith will grow in the Love expressed with solidarity to the human family as universal service.

The Fundamental Things

You may have such abundance that you may think that you don't need anything. And that same day, you might not realize, the next day, you may deny it and the other day, full of arrogance, and spite, you will shout full voice:

"Who wants that nonsense? I have the force of the wind, the strength of the mountain, the bravura of fire, the mystery of the stars, the vitality of the sun. What do I need if I have all this and much more?"

You may have all that in abundance, but the day that your madness ends, you will awaken and will be like a withered flower, with not even a petal left. Your soul will be naked showing the bones.

Then, you will not have voice left to declare your fortune and it might not have any value. Because there are some things in life that are priceless and cannot be bought. Things that are necessary and fundamental and that by work and grace of the Creator make us what we are: Human beings.

What do we need? That thing that when we lose this, we miss it as the same life? Affection.

Patience. For Reflection

This is a difficult subject, because we already know what is evident. There are many occasions where every person can write his/her own book, but when we reach the subject of "Patience," this has scientific and psychological explanations, which truly are a play of words. Patience, can only be achieved with great faith, spirit of prayer, and when we sincerely want to break all barrier and we, in fact, know and understand the need to look for help, support, assistance of the Divine Spiritual Power. Patience, embraces many areas, because is not only tolerance, resistance, but much more. Patience is a discipline, a clear vision that illuminates our lives, because of the Love that God puts in our hearts, since, in fact, we already had lost patience, then, is a continuous work, just like the voyage of a ship by the sea. If we hurry, if we get frustrated, this will bring violence, sadness, instability and all type of rejection. To have patience with us, is related to self love. To have patience with our fellow man, is related to Compassion. The practical form to define Patience, is to understand that life is lived one moment at a time, and perfection is only found in God. Every time, that we support progress and we help good, we become good, we transmit good, we realize good, which means that good will be what we have achieved, what we have obtained, and this we will not lose, but will become reality. And besides, we will help paths, journeys and lives. And then, we will not have to look back in retrospect, wondering what would have happened with more patience and understanding. The lack of patience, is a clear invitation to the most deplorable forms of violence and drama, with sad outcomes of pride and vanity. God is patient with us, because he wants the best in our lives. If we try to reflect spirituality, we can't overlook this vision: Man is on earth and the universe, not as owner and lord, but as friend, brother, as enamored of Love and of life, which is present on everything that exists. Patience is to open our inner light, a little more every new day, and when this light can flow, then, we certainly will be able to see God, face to face.

Who are We? Reflection

Destiny is played in a glass of wine. Life is the path of today and now. At a moment's time, eternity is won or lost. The decision can be to plant a seed or to cut a flower. Life is the sun of today, it is neither the sun of yesterday nor tomorrow's because reality happens today. We can let the clouds pass by. We can see the coming and going of the waves but we cannot forget about the calling of our destiny. We can form a path. We can fulfill a destiny. We can make our life out of the whole life or we can be like the desert, that never gave anything and that never will give anything. Life is outlined in a glass of wine for its taste, for its aroma, for its color.
All this means to fulfill the desire of the heart, that does not go on beating just because is alive but because it wants to live more. Everything will come to an end, destiny will die, if it delays its decision. Just as if it would never have been born. The mouth is washed in a glass of wine, in a sweet or bitter destiny. Bitter as loneliness. There is no courage in the coward who only looks and contemplates. Risks must be taken in life because when is not well lived, is as nothing. Nevertheless, it is as the anguish of wanting to, and at the same time, knowing that everything that was done is just being useless.
Our mirror is in a glass of wine. We are going to see our own image there. It is not our figure but the reflection of what we now must be and do because in that essence is found the substance of becoming free and stopping the violence between the mind that denies and doubts and the heart that affirms.
In a glass of wine, the destiny is deciphered between two opposite forces: Wanting to be or having fear of being. Who are we? A mask, a false smile, an empty look? or the lips that forever want to drink the wine of life?

One Warrior against One Hundred. For Reflection

There was a battle going on with one warrior facing one hundred and that warrior seemed to move as the river between the stones, and soon a river bleeds and then blood runs as high as above the ankle of that unique warrior who faced one hundred warriors. Nobody but him survived.
How did he do it?
He said:
" The stones in the river are rigid and the river flows among them."

And without saying another word, he continued his journey.

From Utopia to Reality.

There are wonderful, clear, cloudless skies, which encourage us to continue ahead even in the most difficult situations, but is important to understand that the clarity of this universal expansion begins in our own mind.
There will be some persons who do not dream about a better tomorrow but there are some of us who love life and we will make our dreams become a reality and if we can reach this in ourselves, then soon, there will be peace in the world although this seems idyllic and utopian.
Is there perhaps another way? We are on a rough sea and we want to reach a safe shore. Should we abandon ourselves to our luck?
Nothing like this ! We will struggle to reach the safe shore and here I call women and men of the world.
If we want to be all the good that we want to be, let's devote the necessary energy and God will manifest. And in this way we will pass from utopia to reality.

Kundalini. Original Fire of Life.

The mystical studies of India, regard Kundalini as the beginning of the awakening of consciousness in the human being, toward himself and the universe.

Kundalini, is the original fire of life. The source of energy that makes possible the birth of man, his consciousness and his future spiritual splendor.

Kundalini must be recognized and correctly directed. It is the result and not the end, the cause or objective of the process of this discovery and knowledge.

The subject is not to take Kundalini as the source of maximum power and glory. No, that is wrong. Kundalini promises magnificent powers and faculties.

But the real and profound student looks at the inner fire of Kundalini as the logical awakening of the human consciousness when selfishness has being overcome. And that is why, the energy of thought, the purity of the creative power is not only limited to desire and procreation, since Kundalini also refers to the sexual energy but by deepening in the subject, the advance in the yogic process, in reference to when Kundalini reaches its development is when the student realizes in meditation and deep reflection that the fire of life is the whole life.

And that this magnificent life is the spiritual dwelling of the creative force, which maintains and transforms everything in existence, either visible or invisible.

Then, Kundalini represents all the journey of the evolution of consciousness, the search and finally the meeting with the unity of every being. And this requires more explanation : Unity is not the dissolution of consciousness. It is the integration of consciousness in the science of Love.
