How to Overcome Our Weaknesses and Find Strength

The spiritual life is integral and sustains, cures, modifies and improves all the areas of the human being. For this to happen, of course, is necessary to dedicate time and attention, in order to have the optimal and most appropriate resources, to overcome and transform every type and grade of limitation, that is to say:
The lack of knowledge is a limitation. The misinformation is a limitation. The excesses are limitations. The deficiency is a limitation. The lack of purpose is a limitation. The lack of interest is a limitation. The lack of responsibility is a limitation. The lack of humility is a limitation. And thus, we can find many forms of negation and each one will have to do with the knowledge and applied use.
It is easy to become enthusiastic in both opposites and to tire out or to lose confidence and stability and not to have self understanding. Confusing, then, the priorities and to walk in life as a disoriented person. Even worse, as a person who lives in negation of himself and his actions.
The limitations cover many aspects. and are like a plague that comes to society and becomes a center of destruction. Mainly, when the limitations belong to the psycho-emotional health, by example, people who use drugs. These persons, self limit themselves, creating dependency. In addition, they have lost hope and they live locked up in the limits of passion, vanity and pride.
In order to overcome the limits, man needs to revive his spiritual values. The key is found in having confidence and friendship towards what is good and healthy. And to do this as a discipline of life, not like a load, but like a practical doctrine, in which he works to make specific, direct, and immediate goals, in order not to feel alone or abandoned. Also, to make future goals where he will reach success and achievement, that will bring mental sanity. The only limits of man, are found when he does not know: Love, charity, surrender, and service. But when these virtues of life, are applied, man retakes life and leaves beyond distrust, getting stronger every day in a spiritual path of peace and progress.
In God, we find our strength. And in the heart of man, the possibility of reaching it.

How to see the Invisible ?

How can we see what’s invisible? How can we understand the incomprehensible? There is an understanding that reasoning, can’t offer, because it is beyond time, and that is why, we are not able to conceive it.How to understand, by example, the mystery of death? The solitary flight of a bird in the blue sky or the persistent navigation of a star in the firmament?There are hidden secrets, even under the stones, but, even more complex are the hidden secrets, in our own heart. To be able to understand, is necessary to overcome the arrogance of our own understanding. Not everything is tangible and concrete as a tree and a mountain. There are subtle languages of the profound thought or of the heart, and to understand, we need to meditate in silence, navigating in the sea of stillness and wait all night long. only with the soul. until daylight arrives giving light to our eyes.But, all this will be only possible, when we discover that not everything is science, not everything is concrete consciousness, there is much more besides of what we can see or we can touch. Reasoning, is blind and the superior understanding requires of the cultivation of the vast perception of the spiritual heart. Let’s see, not only with the eyes and let’s understand, not only with the analysis and then, we will be able to understand about the sun about the mystery of man in his journey towards eternity and to awake to Divine Intuition.

The Great Expansion

I looked at the sky and I saw a great expansion. I looked at the horizon and could not find its end, I approached the sea, threw a stone, it sank and I did not know how far down it went. I went up the mountain and saw that there were others that were higher. I looked down from the top of the mountain and the altitude made me shudder.
I have seen so many distances, so much vastness that have moved me. How great is the all ! How vast is the universe ! How deep ! How complex !
But, when I looked inside myself, that is to say, to the inner silence, that universe that seemed so big to me, in a mysterious way, becomes smaller. There is something bigger than what is big, deeper than what is deep. And it is not outside, it is inside each one of us. But I think that it is only the beginning of something that goes beyond words, that is capable of joining the all and the nothing and is as a wonderful brightness. And then, I realized that is not internal, that is not external, that it is everywhere.

The Potential for Great and Wonderful Abilities

We all have the potential for great and wonderful abilities, but they need to be educated and perfected.

The spiritual life is to take our person and the universe as an all indivisible one, and not to take this vision of the reality, as utopia, but as a personal and sincere call to reach what's best and true, which we will live in the art of giving and receiving.

God has established a Kingdom of love, happiness and abundance, not to make an effort to reach the goal, simply is to deny ourselves.

The Fundamental Things

You may have such abundance that you may think that you don't need anything. And that same day, you might not realize, the next day, you may deny it and the other day, full of arrogance, and spite, you will shout full voice:
