If your hands are tired, I will give you mine,
and together, we will make out of clay,
a castle, a pot, a musical instrument,
a flute, for the wind to talk and sing.
And, if your feet are tired,
I will give you mine,
even the footprints that I left on my paths.
Our story will unite,
and our present, will walk by ways,
where there is no separation.
And if you are sad,
I will give you my happiness,
I will give you my dreams,
day and night,
until the brightness of your smile,
comes back to you.
I will give you my breathing,
we will be together,
the same chest, only one lung,
expanding to the sky,
taking from the air, the morning aroma,
and thus,
breathing the freshness of the flowers.
I will go with you,
without asking, questioning or interrogating
and I will watch over you
during the cold, dark, nights.
And I will be a warm blanket,
a wise nourishment,
and no one will be able to separate us.
And I will even put my life in front of yours,
so no evil can ever reach you,
and so you will know that this heart

Trust is the foundation of our unfolding as human beings. This means to build our consciousness with the highest values of dignity and respect for everyone and also means, self esteem and self respect.

Trust is an inner force, which we are able to live and to transmit when our heart does not know deceit since to be real and true, is of great importance in the spiritual path and is the foundation of the inner and outer peace.

To be able to realize and live in a world of peace and prosperity, is essential to protect our mind and heart, acting in the right and fair way. This, will increase our faith and the heart will start vibrating with the purpose of Love. And trust will flow, filling us with Love for everyone. Let's cultivate the purity of heart and action, since this is true spirituality.
